I made the decision to establish Flannery People Services in March 2025 as I am a passionate and established HR Professional who saw an opportunity to support local businesses without an established HR function to thrive and grow. 

In the early stages of business growth it is not always justifiable for businesses to have a HR department, but it is possible to ensure legal compliance as well as establishing the right processes to support future Business Growth. I have proven experience in this field and I thrive at opportunities to work with ambitious leaders who wish to develop their business.
